About Us
Player Two is a trading name of Alte Ltd, a company registered in New Zealand. By placing an order through this website, you are entering into a contract with Alte Ltd.
Second-Hand Goods
All items sold on Player Two are pre-owned. Each item is individually inspected, cleaned where appropriate, and honestly graded. Item descriptions and photographs represent the actual condition of the item to the best of our ability. Any known faults or defects are disclosed in the listing.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are shown before you confirm your order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Order Acceptance
A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is no longer available or if there is a pricing error. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
Consumer Guarantees
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply to all purchases and cannot be excluded. Second-hand goods must be of acceptable quality, taking into account their age, price, condition, and the nature of the goods. Goods must also match their description as listed on our website.
If an item fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy. For a minor failure, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund the item. For a substantial failure, you may choose a replacement or a full refund. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details on how to raise an issue.
Delivery
We ship to addresses within New Zealand only. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by location and are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Risk of damage or loss passes to you once the item has been delivered to the address you provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Alte Ltd's liability for any claim arising from or related to a purchase is limited to the price paid for the item in question. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
