Returns Policy
Player Two is a trading name of Alte Ltd. This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns and refunds.
Your Consumer Guarantees
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply to all purchases and cannot be excluded. Second-hand goods must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for their normal purpose — taking into account their age, price, and condition.
When You Are Entitled to a Remedy
If an item fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy:
- Minor failure — we may choose to repair, replace, or refund the item.
- Substantial failure — you may choose a full refund or a replacement of the same type and similar value.
A failure is substantial if a reasonable consumer would not have purchased the item had they known about the issue, or if the item cannot easily be made fit for its normal purpose.
Not As Described
If an item arrives significantly different from its listing description or photographs, please contact us. We will arrange a return and provide a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. As each item is unique and one-of-a-kind, we are unable to accept returns simply because you have changed your mind about a purchase. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
How to Request a Return
To raise an issue with an order, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue, including photographs where relevant. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Return shipping costs for items that are not as described or faulty will be covered by us.
